Płyta została nagrana w sztoholmskim studio Atlantis a do stałego współpracownika zespołu, inżyniera dźwięku Christiana Engfelta dołączył szwedzki kolega Janne Hansson.
Cztery utwory skomponował Ståle Storløkken, autorem trzech pozostałych jest Eilertsen.
